Completion and Move-In of the «Scala» Residential Development in Dübendorf
At Birchlenstrasse in Dübendorf, we had the privilege of delivering the Scala residential project, comprising 52 apartments, for one of our clients. At the beginning of this month, the first residents moved in – marking an important milestone and the successful completion of this exciting project.
The development, consisting of four buildings, stands out for its location along the Glatt River, its generous green spaces, and the thoughtful orientation of the buildings. The apartments feature bright, airy interiors, private loggias, and direct access to nature. Carefully designed floor plans ensure that all units are functional, flexible, and filled with natural light.
High-quality materials and a clear architectural language give Scala a modern yet timeless character.
In addition, sustainable mobility options are provided on-site through allride, offering residents convenient shared-mobility solutions.
