Project start on Schärenmoosstrasse in Zurich-Seebach

The building permit has finally been granted – we are delighted to be able to start work on Schärenmoosstrasse 99.

Through targeted conversion and careful planning, 136 modern residential units are being created on the vacant office floors – as part of an innovative co-living concept that we are realising together with the operator TomoDomo.

The existing structures of the building will be preserved, upgraded and further developed. In a resource-conserving approach, numerous components were also removed and prepared for reuse in other locations – in some cases within our own property portfolio.

A special aspect of the construction project is that the conversion is taking place while the upper floors remain in use as offices – a challenge that requires a high level of coordination, sensitivity and forward-looking planning.

The project is being managed by Jochen Hien from UTO Real Estate Management AG. Many thanks to the dedicated planning team led by Brandenberger Ruosch, RETO EGLOFF ARCHITEKT AG and BENIMAG Baumanagement AG for their collaboration to date.
