Municipal assembly in Zumikon says: YES<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The private design plan \u201cDorfplatz 13<\/a>\u201d developed by UTOREM convinced the voters at yesterday\u2019s municipal assembly in Zumikon. After the presentation by the municipal council and Valentin M\u00fcller<\/a>, the private design plan was approved by a large majority.<\/p>\n

The guideline project by Haltmeier Kister Architektur GmbH was developed in close coordination with the village square redevelopment and includes 39 rental apartements as well as a village restaurant with around 70 seats directly on the Zumikon village square. The 2.5- to 4.5-room apartements in the medium price segment all have large, private outdoor spaces and are aimed at all age groups.<\/p>\n

Planning for the new replacement building is due to start in the coming months. The move-in date is planned for autumn 2028.
