A new chapter in the history of the Denzler Haus<\/h2>\n

It was a special day for the historic commercial and residential building on Bellevue in Zurich: on October 2, 2023, the complete renovation of the 100-year-old listed property at R\u00e4mistrasse 3 and Torgasse 4 on Zurich’s Bellevue began.<\/p>\n

The existing property was acquired by UTOREM in 2019. Since then, work has been underway to breathe new life into this architectural gem and adapt the usage options to the high demands of future tenants. The existing buildings are now being extensively and carefully renovated and equipped with state-of-the-art building technology.
\nAlong R\u00e4mistrasse, a spacious gallery with an impressive 325 m\u00b2 of exhibition space is being created, extending over three floors. Office space of between 167 m\u00b2 and 182 m\u00b2 will be created in the original apartments on the five upper floors. In addition, an exclusive penthouse with a spacious roof terrace and a breathtaking view of the Grossm\u00fcnster will be built in the original roof truss.
\nOn the opposite side of the inner courtyard, the retail space at Torgasse 4 will be upgraded and open-plan offices will be created on the three upper floors, each with over 100 m\u00b2 of fully fitted rental space.<\/p>\n
