Building permit for the “Sagenmatt” project in Ebikon received<\/h1>\n

We are pleased to announce that the building permit for the “Sagenmatt” project developed by UTOREM in Ebikon (LU) has become legally binding.<\/p>\n

“Sagenmatt” will comprise 67 owner-occupied flats, 174 rental flats and around 800 m2 of commercial space. Construction work will begin in the coming weeks. The plan is to have all flats ready for occupancy by the end of 2027.<\/p>\n

The planning and approval process were very challenging due to the size and complexity of the project. We are therefore even more pleased to have reached this important milestone.<\/p>\n
