In the heart of Zurich&#8217;s lively Kreis 4 district, just a few steps away from Stauffacher, we have done just that: vacant spaces have been transformed into new living space with great care and planning sensitivity &#8211; ready for first occupancy on <strong>1 September 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Six charming rental flats have been created in a carefully renovated old building, combining the flair of an old building with modern requirements. The project is an example of sustainable urban development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Existing substance was preserved and upgraded<\/li>\n<li>Components from another property in the portfolio were repurposed in the spirit of <strong>re-use<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This not only creates living space, but also identity &#8211; in a neighbourhood that thrives on change.<\/p>\n<p>The flats &#8211; from smart 1.5-room flats to spacious 3.5-room flats &#8211; offer space for a variety of lifestyles.
