Project start on Sch\u00e4renmoosstrasse in Zurich-Seebach<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The building permit has finally been granted – we are delighted to be able to start work on Sch\u00e4renmoosstrasse 99.<\/p>\n

Through targeted conversion and careful planning, 136 modern residential units are being created on the vacant office floors – as part of an innovative co-living concept that we are realising together with the operator TomoDomo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The existing structures of the building will be preserved, upgraded and further developed. In a resource-conserving approach, numerous components were also removed and prepared for reuse in other locations – in some cases within our own property portfolio.<\/p>\n

A special aspect of the construction project is that the conversion is taking place while the upper floors remain in use as offices – a challenge that requires a high level of coordination, sensitivity and forward-looking planning.<\/p>\n

The project is being managed by Jochen Hien from UTO Real Estate Management AG.
