At the end of November 2021, the people of Ebikon (LU) gave their approval for the Sagenmatt development plan at the ballot box. We are pleased to note that at the end of January 2022 the Government Council dismissed the objections that had been lodged. The development plan for Sagenmatt has thus come into force.<\/p>\n

The approval of the development plan is an important milestone in the implementation of the construction project and paves the way for the building application, which is currently being drawn up.<\/p>\n

UTOREM is developing the site on behalf of \u00a0moyreal immobilien ag<\/a>. The Sagenmatt project is creating a new neighbourhood in Ebikon that is expected to be an enrichment for the community’s inhabitants. moyreal immobilien ag attaches great importance to attractive landscaping. For instance, the M\u00fchlebach stream will be recultivated and the residents of Sagenmatt can look forward to a contemporary garden design featuring natural meadows and trees. The development comprises 67 owner-occupied and 174 rental units, as well as commercial and service space.
