\u00dcber-G\u00e4rten – Signing of general contractor agreement for 228 apartments in Zurich-Schwamendingen<\/h1>\n

We are very pleased to announce the signing of\u00a0 general contractor agreement with WSG AG for the realisation of 228 apartments in Zurich Schwamendingen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The \u00dcber-G\u00e4rten project<\/a>, planned by Penzel Valier Architekten<\/a> (Zurich) and ROBERTNEUN Architekten<\/a> (Berlin), is a contemporary interpretation of the Zurich garden city. The future range of flats includes a great variety, from the small single flat with 45m\u00b2 to spacious family flats with over 120m\u00b2. Each flat has been carefully designed and complemented by a private outdoor area. In addition, the future residents have access to beautifully landscaped garden areas around the buildings. A special highlight are the two bridges that directly connect the buildings to the \u00dcberlandpark.<\/p>\n

Construction is scheduled to start in the fourth quarter of 2023, with first occupancy planned for the end of 2025.<\/p>\n

UTO Real Estate Management AG is developing the site for a Swiss family office. The transformation of the commercial area into attractive residential space will create long-term added value for the owner.<\/p>\n
