On behalf of our client, we had the opportunity to transform a former commercial site into a vibrant residential neighbourhood: 226 rental apartments, available for occupancy in phases starting mid-October 2026. With Übergärten, the first new development within the public development plan “Ueberlandpark” comes to life – and it already sets new standards.
