Attractive Portfolio Rotation through the Sale of a Property in Reinach (AG)

At the end of 2025, UTO Real Estate Management AG successfully sold a residential property in Reinach (AG) on behalf of a client. The transaction comprises two fully let multi-family residential buildings with a total of 40 apartments, as well as a shared underground car park.

The selective divestment forms part of an active and value-oriented investment strategy. As part of the ongoing portfolio rotation, the income portfolio is being deliberately repositioned towards attractive urban locations. These locations are characterised by above-average potential for value appreciation combined with a low vacancy risk.

By reinvesting the released capital into new development projects, not only is the overall quality of the portfolio enhanced, but the income base of the client mandate is also sustainably strengthened.
