Move-in at the new “Breitside” development in Zurich

Since early September 2025, the first residents moved into their new homes at the Breitside development on Breitensteinstrasse 46 in Zurich-Wipkingen.

The maisonette apartments on the upper floors impress with open, light-filled spaces and flexible gallery levels, allowing a variety of uses such as sleeping, working, or relaxing. The attic apartments also feature open layouts, generous terraces, and stunning views over the rooftops of the city.
